GoDaddy Data Breach : Over 1.2 Million Users Data has been leaked!

Recently On 17 November 2021, The Website Hosting Giant GoDaddy Company has to face a cyber attack. More than 1.2 Million users data has been leaked in this data breach. GoDaddy Inc has verified the fact that 1.2 Million users important data such as Email Id and Phone No. has been leaked. These GoDaddy users were managed through WordPress. Due to this data leak of Email Id and Phone No. there is a huge chance of phishing attack. The password of users has been also disclosed to the hackers. GoDaddy has requested their users to change the password as soon as possible. The shares of GoDaddy has been dropped by 1.6%. Now the privacy of the user is in the hands of himself only.
