How to Clean Up Your Instagram Recommendations ?

While scrolling our Instagram Feed, it often happens that some vulgar memes or posts show up in our feed and if we click on the more and more these types of posts come up in your feed. Even sometimes our whole Instagram feed is filled up with Vulgar images and posts. We can't even clear our recommendations on the Instagram. Only thing which we can clear is our search history which doesn't have any effect on our Explore Section. On YouTube you will find many videos showing you how to clear your Instagram Feed, but most of them doesn't work out. But I'll tell you how can you clear your Instagram Feed full of 18+ content.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR INSTAGRAM FEED ?

So to clean your Instagram Feed :

1. Open Instagram App

2. Go to SETTINGS

3. Go to ACCOUNT

4. Go to SENSITIVE CONTENT CONTROL

5. Now you will have Three Choices of Allow/Limit/Limit Even More

6. Choose Limit for get rid of the normal 18+ content

7. Choose Limit Even More to get rid of the most sensitive and Vulgar content

This will work only if your feed is filled up with most of the 18+ content. But if you want to clean all the past Recommendation History this trick will not be usable for that.
